History
Co:Mission began in 2015 when three college ministries with a shared passion for discipleship gathered in Iowa Park, Texas for the first Co:Mission Conference. One hundred students from three universities attended, and within 24 hours they raised $30,000 to launch and support a new college ministry focused on making disciples. Shortly after the conference, a new ministry was planted at Memorial Baptist Church in Killeen, Texas.
The second Co:Mission Conference followed in 2016, welcoming 120 students from four universities and continuing the momentum God was building through these ministries

GOALS
- See every college student actively involved in the local church, growing in faith and living out the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20).
- Make disciples who make disciples, equipping students to follow Jesus and help others do the same.
- Strengthen and build up local churches through intentional, relational discipleship.
- Fill the missing age gap in the church by connecting college students to the life and mission of the church body.
- Train the leaders of tomorrow’s church, preparing students to serve faithfully wherever God leads them.
TODAY
Today, Co:Mission includes ten college ministry campuses across Washington, DC, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. While each ministry serves its local campus and church, they remain connected through Co:Mission Conferences, mission trips, and other shared gatherings throughout the year.
the future
Looking ahead, Co:Mission plans to start more college ministries in college-town churches, coming alongside local congregations to disciple the next generation of students and support churches as they reach their surrounding college campuses with the gospel.
